I'm specializing in distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures. I’ve led the transformation from a monolith to a globally scaled platform, architecting resilient, high-performance solutions that handle massive transaction volumes and intercontinental latency.
Our journey from local to global has helped me gain deep expertise in .NET 8 and cutting-edge technologies like Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, MSSQL, MongoDB and Elasticsearch. We leverage RabbitMQ for eventual consistency, Kafka for high-throughput messaging, and Redis for distributed caching to optimize performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
As our customer base expanded worldwide, our single-data-center setup couldn’t keep up.
In this talk, we’ll explore how we scaled our platform to handle global demand by:
- Deploying multi-region data centers for lower latency.
- Using regional caching to speed up content delivery.
- Optimizing system performance to handle massive traffic efficiently.
Through real-world insights, we’ll share key lessons on building a scalable, resilient, and high-performance platform for a global audience.
