TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The attendance fee for Devoxx Greece is paid in relation to activities, events, and schedules detailed on devoxx.gr

All tickets are subject to Greek VAT at 24% of the ticket price and are charged to all attendees, including participants traveling from abroad, EU & non-EU.

During the registration process, participants will be required to provide a method of payment. Payment for tickets can be completed via bank transfer. In all instances, a VAT invoice or receipt will be generated. Failure to pay promptly may result in refusal of entry to the event.

To cancel your Devoxx Greece 2026 conference registration for any reason, please submit your request in writing to our registration department via email at [email protected].

For a full refund (minus € 25 admin costs), the notification must be received by March 15, 2026.

No refunds will be made after March 16th, 2026. 

However, you can transfer your ticket to another person until April 15, 2026. In that case, please get in touch with us stating:

  • Your last name, first name, and email address
  • The full contact details of the person who takes over your ticket

No credits are given for late notices or no-shows. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received before the conference. Conference organizers reserve the right to rescind any registration and, in that event, will return 100% of the registration fee. The organizer has the right to make amendments to the program of activities and schedule for organizational and other reasons. In the unlikely event that Devoxx Greece 2026 is canceled, ticket fees will be refunded. No other claims against the organizer are valid. If the organizer needed to delay the conference, registrations would remain valid.

All attendees, by completing a ticket purchase or having a ticket purchased on their behalf by a third party, agree to help create a safe and respectful atmosphere at Devoxx Greece and are bound by the Devoxx Greece Code of Conduct. Participants must refrain from engaging in any illegal activities and understand that they are solely responsible for their actions during Devoxx Greece.

Participant data is collected by the organizer when the participant, or an authorized agent of a company purchasing the ticket on behalf of the participant, completes the ticket purchase for Devoxx Greece. This data is stored securely by the organizer of Devoxx Greece and is used to send updates about Devoxx Greece to participants and ticket purchasers via email. Emails providing general updates to participants about Devoxx Greece include links allowing participants to change their mailing preferences and unsubscribe from future update communications.

Participants will be issued a badge upon entering the Devoxx Greece conference. This badge acts as their means of entry into the venue and session rooms. For security reasons, participants must retain their badge at all times during their visit to the conference and may be requested by onsite staff to present it. Failure to present a valid badge may result in ejection from the venue. The badge will contain the participant’s name, title, company name, and QR code. The QR Code contains a unique user identification number, name, company, and email address. The participant agrees that by allowing any Devoxx Greece sponsor to scan the QR Code on their badge, their details may be shared with that specific sponsor, and the participant is opting in to receive further communication from that sponsor. Attendees will be able to allow other attendees to scan their badge, should they choose, with the scanning attendee then being able to see the information contained in the QR code.

Participants further understand that photos and movies may be taken during Devoxx Greece, which may include them. These photos and videos may be used on the Devoxx Greece website, Voxxed websit,e and other related websites, social media, streaming websites (YouTube), and related publications. Participants agree that their image and voice may be included in such videos, movies, and recordings.
