I’m a senior leader at the Code.Hub Group, where I currently oversee three departments, with a background in project and product management. I hold a BSc in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of West Attica, and I started my career managing international technology projects across nine countries. Since then, I’ve been involved in shaping Code.Hub’s approach to consulting and talent management.
Over the years, I’ve helped design frameworks that support growth, autonomy, and collaboration, including the award-winning DevOps Infinity Career Path Model and the Manage your Manager framework. Both were created with a simple goal in mind: to help people take real ownership of their development.
I was recognized among the 20 Under 40 in Talent Management, and I’m especially interested in building purpose-driven, self-organizing teams that work well through clarity, trust, and shared direction. What I enjoy most is seeing people grow, gain confidence, and reach their potential.
Scaling is often discussed in terms of technology, processes, and strategy. But in practice, it also depends on people, capabilities, and the ability to continuously adapt.
This session looks at scale from two connected perspectives: delivery and transformation. The first part focuses on the challenges of delivering at scale through extended capacity and the role of professional growth in supporting consistent execution. The second part explores how organizations can enable AI transformation at scale through capability building, upskilling and continuous learning.
Together, these two perspectives show that sustainable scale is not only about expanding delivery capacity, but also about creating the conditions for continuous evolution.
