Feature teams are great, as they eliminate dependencies and make development cycles faster. Many companies apply feature teams with great success, but have difficulties in dealing with component ownership. In this talk, the topic of component ownership and inner sourcing as applied to feature teams will be introduced, covering from theory to best practices and hard lessons derived from trial-and-error.
